I just moved a month ago from Philadelphia to Brooklyn. I have always seen myself in New York at some point in my life, I just never saw how I was going to get there. After a rather emotionally tumultuous year involving a lot of tough choices and hard work to get myself in a better place mentally, I made the decision to move with a very good friend of mine to NY. It all happened very fast and, despite my fears of homesickness and loneliness, I am doing really well here. I haven't felt this creative or productive since I was in college, which was almost 2 years ago.

I guess I'll provide a little info about muhself. I am an aspiring children's book illustrator, I went to school for it and all that. I really love it. Drawing animals and kids is what I do best, I think. I joined Deviant cause some of my friends are on here, and also because seeing all these talented people is really inspirational. Awwwww!!! I have a vespa, which rocks, and I love pinup art, which I do on the side. I have a hedgehog named Pencil and a Guinea Pig named Mr. Guin... not much else is relevant. I'm pretty sure that's my entire life story.
